Common questions
How is the fare worked out?
Base fare + per km + per minute for your vehicle type, raised to a minimum, plus a booking fee. Distance and time come from the road route. The fare is fixed when you book.
How do I pay?
Pay your driver by cash or UPI at the end of the trip. The app shows the amount on your receipt.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before the trip starts. Cancelling more than a few minutes after a driver is assigned may carry a cancellation fee, shown before you confirm.Cancellations & refunds
How do I know it's my driver?
Check the name, vehicle and number plate shown in the app before you get in.Safety guide
How do I download my data or delete my account?
Sign in and open Account. You can change your name, download everything we hold about you as a file, or delete your account.Go to Account
